When Adam was 18 years old his girlfriend at the time told him she no longer found him attractive.
This led him into a spiral of yo-yo dieting going from excessive binge eating to extreme exercise and restrictive dieting till the point where he competed on a bodybuilding stage, but continued to binge eat off of it.

Adam now works as a part of A-Game Consultancy, where he and his business partner (also called Adam…), are helping people and businesses improve their mental, physical and internal health.
