After over 20 years chained to an equity trading desk at investment banks around Asia, Ray's life changed dramatically in early 2019 when he took his first freedive course. He fell in love with the art of one breath diving immediately.

As of 2021, Ray is living virtually pain free, and he credits much of this to becoming a freedive instructor and how it has transformed his life - it's meditative effects, being in the ocean almost everyday, daily doses of sun and low impact exercise has dramatically contributed to improving his wellness.⁣
